We’re a distillery in Florida, so it’s important to us to make some fantastic silver rum. We’ve managed that and more with a spirit named after a legendary little island in the middle of one of Winter Park’s most fabled lakes. Dog Island is made from local molasses that impart floral hints and almond. This Florida rum is perfect in your favorite cocktail or over ice.
