Borne out of a collaboration with local brewers, this savory rum delivers a parade of flavor qualities that endear it to aficionados everywhere. The Dog Island Beer Barrel Aged Rum is our traditional silver rum aged in barrels which were first used to age red ale and bourbon. What results is a spirit that erupts first with a traditional floral body followed by coffee and chocolate notes.

Bonfire is a woody Florida bourbon that acquires its flavor profile through a process that involves soaking unaged high-proof corn whiskey in a bed of charred sugar maple before aging in a brand new charred white oak cask. As its name suggests, this blended bourbon whiskey arrives on the palate with smokey undertones followed by more traditional bourbon notes at the end.

Bear Gully Classic Reserve Bourbon is the very first craft bourbon made in Florida. Bear Gully Classic gets its name from a lake deep in the woods in East Winter Park. Bear Gully Lake was also a famous hangout for local kids engaged in various forms of mischief. Those days are gone, but the memories are strong. With such a rich history and tradition, we decided to name our Florida whiskey family after it. The New Make is a smooth and hearty corn whiskey with a sweet nose – perfect for any whiskey cocktail.
