The Bear and Peacock brewery and taproom is one-half of the Brewstillery Complex. Owned and founded by the same team that started the Winter Park Distilling Company in 2010, they opened the Bear and Peacock in a space adjoining the distillery in 2016, bringing yet another first and only-one-of-its-kind destination to the State of Florida. The name of this Orlando Craft Brewery is a tribute to the first two brands of spirits released by the Winter Park Distilling Company: Bear Gully Classic whiskey and Genius vodka. The Bear and Peacock’s brews are served on twelve taps in the Brewstillery taproom seven days a week.
